You will be registering with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) through the National Futures Association (NFA). On the NFA homepage, click on "Registration" at the top left corner, then click on the category to which you belong to see the full list of registration requirements. Usually, the process requires filling out some forms, application fees, fingerprinting, and proficiency exams.
