This is a new proficiency exam created by the NFA that forex managers and other parties who solicit retail forex investors, including forex CPOs, forex CTAs, and forex IBs, will have to pass as part of the new forex registration requirements. Forex managers will likely need to have passed the Series 3 exam in addition to the Series 34 exam; however, we are waiting to find out a definite answer and will update you when we do.
